Edwardsville Intelligencer NIE Newspapers In Education (NIE) is an educational program offered to educators at no cost to them or the schools. The Intelligencer newspaper, which is literally a “living” textbook because it is updated everyday, is funded solely on the generous donations from businesses and individuals around the community.
